Cancellation and Refund Policy

For orders made through a 3rd Party provider (UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.), please reach out to the provider directly for any cancelation or refund requests.

Tutta Bella Cancellation Policy:

1. Tutta Bella General Cancellation:

    - Customers may cancel an order before the order has been produced at a restaurant for a full refund. This will be decided by the restaurant manager on duty, as long as the kitchen has not started preparing the order.

     - Due to the nature of our business, cancellations requested after a food order has been prepared (or prepped by our kitchen) will not be refunded. Refunds are not guaranteed and may take up to 7-10 business days to be refunded. 

Tutta Bella Refund Policy:

1. Missing, Defective or Damaged Products:

    - For orders made directly with Tutta Bella, if your order is not accurate, or you receive    a defective or damaged product, please contact us at the original location within 2 days of the order and we will arrange for a replacement of exact or similar item, or provide a full refund. 

2. Service Disruptions:  

     - If our services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer refunds or credits for the affected period. 

How To Request A Cancellation or Refund:

Customers can request a cancellation or refund by contacting the restaurant the order was placed at, or by contacting our customer support team at info@tuttabella.com.

Please provide your order number, name, email address, phone number, and details (with pictures when able) regarding the reason for the cancellation or refund request.

     - Tutta Bella reserves the right to refuse or limit reunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
