Peach & Burrata Salad
Creamy burrata, sun-ripened peaches, tri-color tomatoes, peppery arugula, and fresh herbs are brought together with our house-made honey ginger vinaigrette and finished with delicate flakes of Maldon sea salt. It's fresh, colorful, and everything we love about summer on one plate.
Penne Primavera
Our Penne Primavera celebrates the abundance of the season with roasted zucchini and carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, sweet cherry tomatoes, and green peas, all tossed in a silky lemon garlic cream sauce. Finished with Grana Padano and fresh gremolata, it's comforting, vibrant, and unmistakably Italian.
Paradiso Pizza
Built on our signature wood-fired crust, the Paradiso balances creamy fresh mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, roasted pineapple, house-pickled peppers, caramelized onions, and prosciutto cotto before being finished with Pecorino Romano. Every bite delivers a beautiful balance of smoky, sweet, savory, and bright flavors.
Honey Vanilla Panna Cotta
Silky honey vanilla panna cotta is topped with caramelized roasted peaches and finished with our house-made cranberry reduction, creating a dessert that's delicate, elegant, and just bright enough to leave you wanting one more bite. A light dusting of powdered sugar and fresh mint complete this beautiful summer finale.

Our Italian Sunset blends bourbon and Aperol with our house-made roasted peach purée, freshly muddled mint, and bright lemon juice for a cocktail that's refreshing, balanced, and full of character.
