Summer has arrived and so have Summer Features

Summer is the perfect season for gathering with friends, enjoying fresh flavors, and making memories over great food and we’ve got something special in store. Starting Monday, June 23, we’re rolling out new summer features that capture the vibrant, sunny spirit of the season.

From light, bright ingredients to refreshing cocktails, our summer menu is designed to celebrate summer and be shared amongst family and friends on a patio. 

Start 

 Lemon-Herb Ricotta Bruschetta: Toasted bread with whipped ricotta, lemon zest, garden herbs, fire roasted tomatoes

Salad

Peach & Burrata: Burrata, ripe peaches, kumato tomatoes, arugula, mint, parsley, chives, honey-ginger vinaigrette

Pasta

Spaghetti Neranno: Roasted zucchini, crisped pancetta, grana padano

Pizza

Vesuvio: Red pepper pesto, basil, fresh mozzarella, house made pickled peppers, roasted red pepper, caramelized onion, italian sausage

Dessert

Berrymisu: Ladyfinger, mascarpone cream, rum, framboise, seasonal berries (serves two)

Cocktails

Venetian Daydream: Elderflower liqueur, prosecco, soda water, fresh mint and citrus

Don Calabria: Calabrian chili-infused tequila, lime juice, rich agave, and a splash of blood orange liqueur

Wine

Critone, Librandi - Calabria: Delicate aromas of green apples and tree fruits complimenting undertones of peaches, wildflowers, and a hint of freshly cut grass
