Tutta Bella Welcomes New CEO, Cate Hardy, as We Begin Our Next Delicious Chapter
We’re thrilled to announce that Cate Hardy has joined Tutta Bella as our new CEO. Cate isn’t new to the world of food, community, and growth — in fact, she’s been shaping some of the Northwest’s most beloved brands for years. From leading PCC Community Markets, key leadership roles at Starbucks, to guiding Ethan Stowell Restaurants, Fremont Brewing, and even one of the nation’s largest wine producers… let’s just say, Cate knows her way around good food and great people.
At Tutta Bella, we’re on a mission to share authentic Neapolitan pizza with as many pizza-lovers as possible. What started in 2004 as one Seattle pizzeria has grown into five neighborhood restaurants, two grocerants, a café, a food truck, and a line of heat-and-eat pizzas found in more than 1,000 grocery stores nationwide. And we’re just getting started.
Founder Joe Fugere — who poured his heart into bringing true Neapolitan pizza to Seattle — is stepping into a new role where he’ll focus on what he loves most: nurturing our culture, growing community relationships, and guiding Tutta Bella’s long-term vision.
As we look to the future, our goal is simple: keep bringing people together over pizza that tastes just like it came out of a wood-fired oven in Naples, whether you’re visiting us at one of our restaurants or picking up a Tutta Bella pizza from your local grocery store.
Please join us in giving Cate a warm welcome to the Tutta Bella family. Here’s to the next chapter of tradition, community, and of course… pizza!
